How long does shipping take?

Our cuttings are shipped from Monday to Wednesday (12 PM) after payment is received. Shipping cuttings after Wednesday resulted in many orders languishing in DHL warehouses and perishing before reaching the customer. Therefore, we have opted for this method. This way, we can guarantee that our customers always receive fresh cuttings of excellent quality. Delivery time is then 1-2 business days, depending on the destination.

What should I do if my cuttings arrive damaged?

Please report any damaged cuttings immediately upon receipt via our support form . Include photos of the damaged cuttings and the packaging. We will work to find a solution as quickly as possible.

My cuttings have white spots.

We treat our cuttings with sulfur as a precaution. The white spots are not mites or mold.

I selected bank transfer and don't know where to deposit the money.

We use a secure payment service provider for bank transfers. You received an email with Komfortkasse's bank details shortly after order confirmation.

Can I trust the credit card provider?

We use a secure payment processor for customers who wish to pay by credit card. Therefore, you don't need to worry about filling out your information with us. We do not store any data and cannot access it. All payments are processed through a secure service, just like with all online retailers.
